Cranberry Salad

  • 1 lb. bag cranberries
  • 2 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. pineapple juice
  • 1 (3 oz) strawberry jello
  • 1 envelope Knox unflavored gelatin
  • 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 c. nuts (walnuts)
  • 1/2 c. chopped celery

Boil washed berries in sugar and juice until they pop open. Remove from heat; add jello and Knox powder. Mix well. Add pineapple, celery and nuts. Refrigerate until firm.
