Submitted by: Nicole KlineLast week our public library hosted a tea for young ladies and their mothers. The hostess of the tea party instructed us on proper etiquette and manners during a tea or luncheon. We had a great time. Few children and adults know manners and etiquette. If anyone is an expert, why not gather a small group for tea and teach them proper manners.
