Fresh Flower Favors

Over the years when entertaining friends at a sit-down dinner, I have often purchased little vases, one for each female guest who will be coming to the dinner. I fill each one of the vases with a small, casual bouquet of fresh flowers, tie a small ribbon around each one, and place the vases of flowers alongside the top of the dinner plate for each of the ladies in attendance. They are then encouraged to take them home as a little "favor."
