Spinach Salad

- 1 pkg. fresh spinach
- 1 can bean sprouts, drained
- 8 slices bacon, crisp and crumbled
- 3 hard boiled eggs, sliced
Place in a jar and shake well:
- 1 c. salad oil
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 T. worchestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, grated
- salt to taste
Toss clean spinach pieces with sprouts, bacon, eggs. Just before serving, toss with the previously mixed dressing (don't put into salad until right before serving).
