Pretzel Salad

- 2 (10 oz) frozen strawberries
- 1 large (6 oz) pkg. strawberry jello, or 2 (3 oz each) pkg.
- 2 c. boiling water
Crust:
- 2 c. crushed pretzels (about 9 oz)
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3 T. sugar
- 1 (8 oz) cream cheese
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 large (6 oz) Cool Whip (non-dairy)
Mix pretzels, margarine and sugar. Bake in a preheated 350ºF oven in a 9x13-in. pan for 10 minutes.
Beat cream cheese and sugar together until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip, mix well. Spread over cooled pretzels.
Dissolve jello in water, add frozen strawberries, break up with fork as you stir. Chill until slightly thickened. Pour over Cool Whip layer. Chill until set.
