Fruit Salad

Makes: approx. 6 servings

  • 1 (20 oz) can pineapple chunks
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 1 c. green grapes
  • 1 (15 oz) can mandarin oranges
  • 2 apples, sliced
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 T. cornstarch
  • 1/3 c. orange juice
  • 1 T. lemon juice

Drain pineapple and set juice aside. In a large bowl, combine: pineapple, bananas, grapes, oranges and apples. In a saucepan, combine: sugar and corstarch. Add pineapple juice, orange juice and lemon juice. Stir until smooth. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook and stir for two minutes. Pour over the fruit and stir.
