Salmon Linguine

Makes: 6-8 servings

Saute:

  • 1 c. broccoli, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 carrot, grated

Add and heat through:

  • 12 oz. canned salmon
  • 1 fresh tomato, chopped
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • 2 t. oregano
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 1 c. Parmesan/Ramono cheese

Mix with:

  • 1 lb. cooked linguine

Measurements are approximate. Alter as desired. Serve hot with salad and crusty bread.

The Hostess: "This is definitely a favorite pasta/fish dish. It has a heavenly blend of flavors and doesn't have a strong fish taste, which makes the dish pleasing for even those that don't normally care for fish."
