Salmon Linguine
Makes: 6-8 servings
Saute:
- 1 c. broccoli, chopped
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, grated
Add and heat through:
- 12 oz. canned salmon
- 1 fresh tomato, chopped
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- 2 t. oregano
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 c. Parmesan/Ramono cheese
Mix with:
- 1 lb. cooked linguine
Measurements are approximate. Alter as desired. Serve hot with salad and crusty bread.
