Cabbage and Noodles

Makes: 8-10 servings

  • 1 bag of egg noodles
  • 1/2 head of cabbage
  • garlic powder
  • minced garlic
  • 1-1/2 stick butter

Place butter, garlic powder (to taste) and shredded cabbage in frying pan on high heat and cover, stirring occasionally. Bring salted water to a boil and add the noodles. When cabbage is tender and noodles are cooked, drain the noodles and add them to the cabbage. Toss and serve.
