Sourdough Starter

Makes: n/a

  • 1 t. salt
  • 1 T. yeast
  • 3 T. sugar
  • all-purpose flour

Put in gallon jar or large dish. Add 2 c. warm water and stir until dissolved. Then add enough flour to stiffen like sponge.
