Sourdough Pancakes

Makes: n/a

Add enough water to make batter the right consistency:

  • 2 c. sourdough (using the Sourdough Starter recipe)
  • 1/2 t. sugar
  • 1 t. soda

To restart the starter add:

  • 1 c. water
  • 3 T. sugar
  • 1 t. salt

Add enough flour to stiffen like a sponge.
