Stuffing Good Chicken
Makes: n/a
- 8 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
- 1 pkg Swiss cheese slices
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can chicken broth (or 3/4 cup white wine)
- 8 oz pkg herb stuffing
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Place chicken in 9x13-in. baking dish. Lay cheese over chicken. In bowl, mix soup and broth with whisk and pour over chicken and cheese. Distribute stuffing evenly over top. Pour melted butter over stuffing and bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes. (Can be made night before and baked next day, 50 min if cold from fridge.)
