Salmon Tuna Patties

Makes: 12 patties

  • 1 (16 oz) can of salmon
  • 2 (6 oz) cans of tuna
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 slices of bread
  • 2 T. onion flakes
  • 1/4 t. garlic power
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • dash of pepper (optional)
  • flour

Combine the salmon, tuna, and eggs, tear the bread into small pieces add to mixture. Add the the remaining ingredients, mix well. Form into 12 patties. Put a small amount of flour on a plate and roll the patties in the flour. Fry over medium heat until done. If desired, serve with white sauce and rice.
