Grilled Roast Beef Sandwiches

- 1 can (4 oz.) chopped chilies, drained
- 2 T. mayo
- 1 T. Dijon mustard
- 12 slices rye bread
- 6 slices swiss cheese
- 12 thin sliced cooked roast beef
- 2 T. butter or marg., softened
Combine chilies, mayo and mustard. Chill until ready to use. Butter slices of bread on one side. Place 2 buttered sides together. Layer beef, cheese and chili mixture on the one unbuttered side of the bread. When placing them on the griddle or large skillet, move the extra slice of bread from the bottom of the stack to the top (butter side up). Grill until both sides are golden brown and cheese is melted.
