Delicious Sloppy Joes

Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- 1-1/2 lb. browned hamburger
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 t. salt
Sautee 1 medium chopped onion. Set aside. Brown 1-1/2 lb hamburger. Drain fat and return to pan. Add onion and salt. Mix well.
In a bowl, mix:
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3/4 chopped oatmeal
- 1 c. ketchup
- 3 T. sugar
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 T. vinegar
Then add browned hamburger and onion and mix well. Put into a large casserole dish or a 9X13-in. pan. Bake for 1 hour.
