Chicken Wraps

Makes: 9x13-in. pan

  • 2-3 c. cubed chicken
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 bell peppers (red, yellow, green)
  • 1/2 lb. white American cheese, sliced
  • Ranch dressing
  • basil
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Fry chicken in olive oil just until it starts to turn a little golden. Add peppers and onions. Fry until soft.

Add sliced cheese and ranch dressing to create a "thick sauce."

Dash a little basil, salt and pepper for flavor, and mix. Serve warm inside tortillas.
