Chicken Cheddar Wraps

Makes: approx. 12 wraps

  • 1 c. (8 oz) sour cream
  • 1 c. chunky salsa
  • 2 T. mayonnaise
  • 4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
  • 2 c. (8 oz) shredded cheddar
  • 2 (4 oz) cans sliced mushrooms
  • 2 c. lettuce, shredded
  • 12 flour tortillas (6 or 7-in.)
  • 1 c. guacamole, optional
  • tomato wedges, optional

In a bowl, combine the sour cream, salsa and mayo. Stir in cooled chicken, cheese and mushrooms. Place lettuce and about 1/2 c. chicken mixture on tortillas. Fold sides over the filling. Garnish with tomatoes and guacamole, if desired.
