Shannon's Italian Omelet

Makes: 1-2 servings

  • 3 eggs
  • 1 T. bacon bits
  • 1/2 t. Italian seasoning
  • 1/8 t. garlic salt

Whip ingredients together. Cook like scrambled eggs until two-thirds cooked. Move to one half of pan. Then allow to cook like regular omelet. Serve hot.
