Mom's Ravioletti Soup

Makes: 6-8 servings

  • 6-8 c. chicken broth
  • 1 can seasoned, diced tomatoes
  • 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
  • 1 c. carrots, sliced
  • 1 c. peas
  • 1 c. ravioletti, dry
  • 1 T. Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 t. garlic powder
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • shredded or grated parmesan cheese

Bring all but ravioletti to a boil, add ravioletti and simmer 1 hour on low. Garnish each filled bowl of soup with parmesan cheese.
