Mom's Ravioletti Soup
Makes: 6-8 servings- 6-8 c. chicken broth
- 1 can seasoned, diced tomatoes
- 2 c. cooked chicken or turkey, cubed
- 1 c. carrots, sliced
- 1 c. peas
- 1 c. ravioletti, dry
- 1 T. Italian seasoning
- 1/2 t. garlic powder
- salt and pepper, to taste
- shredded or grated parmesan cheese
Bring all but ravioletti to a boil, add ravioletti and simmer 1 hour on low. Garnish each filled bowl of soup with parmesan cheese.
