Sugar Cookies

Beat together:
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 c. powdered sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 c. salad oil
Add:
- 2 eggs
- 4-1/2 c. flour
- 1 t. cream of tartar
- 1 t. baking soda
- 1 t. vanilla
- 1/2 t. salt
Mix well. Shape into walnut-size balls, roll in sugar and flatten with the bottom of a glass coated with sugar. Bake at 350ºF for 10-12 minutes.
