Sour Cream Cookies

  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. vanilla
  • 1 c. butter
  • 3 eggs, well beaten
  • 1/4 t. salt
  • 3-1/2 c. flour

Cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and sour cream. Add vanilla. Mix together flour, soda, and salt and add to moist mixture. Roll out on floured board--not too thin. Cut with cookie cutter and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 375ºF until cookies are light brown.
