Popcorn Cake

Makes: approx. 12 wedges

  • 1 (16 oz) package mini marshmallows
  • 3/4 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. butter

Melt above ingredients together. Add 12-15 cups of popped corn and candies, nuts, etc. (We like to put in M&M's and raisins.) Stir well.

Place in buttered mold, bundt, or angel food cake pan. Unmold (when cool), slice, and serve.
