No Crust Pumpkin Pie

Makes: 8 servings

  • 2 c. milk
  • 1-1/2 c. pumpkin
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 2/3 c. Bisquick
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1-1/2 t. pumpkin spice
  • 2 T. butter

Put all ingredients in blender. Blend on medium for 4 minutes. Pour into a greased 10-in. pie plate. Let set 10 minutes. Bake in preheated oven at 350ºF for 45 minutes. Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
