Lemonade Poppy Seed Coffeecake

Makes: One 10-in. Bundt pan

  • 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix
  • 1 pkg. lemon pie filling mix
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/3 c. oil
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 T. poppy seeds

Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a 10-in. bundt pan.

Combine dry ingredients. Mix in the wet ingredients with a electric beater on medium speed. Pour evenly onto bundt pan. Bake at 350ºF for 50-60 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Cool in pan. Invert onto serving plate. Cool completely.
