Frosted Lavender Sticks

Makes: One Dozen

  • 12 fresh lavender stalks with flowers
  • 1 egg white, beaten until frothy
  • 1/2 c. granulated sugar

Dip the flowers of the lavender stalks into beaten egg white, then roll in or dust with sugar. Air dry on waxed paper.

Note: The uncooked egg whites can be substituted with the proper amount of pasteurized, dried egg whites, which are available in most supermarkets.
