Chocolate Chip Cookies

Makes: 2-3 dozen

Combine:

  • 2/3 c. melted butter
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • dash vanilla

In another bowl, combine:

  • 2-2/3 c. flour
  • 1 t. baking soda
  • 1 t. baking powder
  • 2 dashes salt

Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients. Mix in:

  • 1-1/2 c. chocolate chips

Stir just until thoroughly mixed - not too much. Spoon/shape into teaspoon-sized cookies on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 375ºF for about 10 minutes or until golden.

"Best warm with cold milk while chocolate chips are still soft."
