Taco Tot Casserole

Makes: 4-6 servings

  • 4 c. tater tots
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (1.25 oz) taco seasoning mix
  • 1 can (15-1/4 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (11 oz) condensed nacho cheese soup
  • salsa
  • sour cream

Preheat oven to 375ºF.

In a medium skillet, brown meat. Drain fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix package; cook at directed on package.

Spoon mixture into un-greased 2-qt. casserole dish. Spoon corn over beef. Spread undiluted soup over corn. Arrange frozen tater tots in a single layer on top. Bake for 40-50 min or until bubbly and potatoes are lightly browned.
