Taco Casserole

- 2 pounds hamburger
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 (4-1/4 oz.) can chopped green chiles
- 1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (10-3/4 oz) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can mexican stewed tomatoes (or regular stewed tomatoes)
- 1 (4-1/4 oz) can chopped black olives
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 bag tortilla chips
- 1 medium sized diced onion
Brown meat and onions. Drain. Mix all the wet ingredients and taco seasoning into the meat. Crumble enough tortilla chips to cover the bottom of a casserole dish. Layer meat and chips and top with some cheese, if desired.
