Mexican Lasagne

Makes: 6-8 servings

Place in a well-greased 9x13-in. casserole dish:

  • 4-6 c. tortilla chips

Brown:

  • 1-1/2 lb. gound beef
  • 1/2 onion, chopped

When brown, add:

  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. salsa
  • 1/4 c. chili powder
  • 1/2 t. salt
  • 1/4 t. pepper
  • 2 c. frozen corn

Heat through then pour over chips. Cover with 2 c. shredded cheddar or Colby and Monterey Jack cheese. Bake at 350ºF for 30-40 minutes.
