Ham Broccoli Casserole
Submitted by: Amber MoellerMakes: 6-8 servings
- 8 oz. Velveeta
- 2 (10-3/4 oz.) cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. chopped onions
- 4 T. marg.
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
- 4 c. diced ham
- 2 c. minute rice (uncooked)
- 1/2 t. worchestershire sauce
Cook broccoli until almost tender (still crisp). Layer rice, ham, broccoli in a greased 9x13-in. or larger baking dish. Mix wet ingredients and pour over the mixture in pan. Cut Velveeta into small chunks and place on top as you cut. Slice margarine over all. Bake at 350ºF for 45 minutes, or until bubbling in the middle.
Note: This recipe can be easily stretched by adding more rice and water.
