Ham and Egg Casserole

Makes: 6-8 servings

Layer in the bottom of a 9x13-in. casserole dish:

  • 8 slices cubed bread
  • 1 lb. cubed ham
  • 1/2 lb. sharp cheddar cheese, grated

Mix and pour over top:

  • 4 beaten eggs
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 t. dry mustard
  • 1/2 t. salt and pepper

Place 1/4 lb. margarine on top and bake at 350ºF for 1 hour.
