Amber's 15th Birthday Casserole

Makes: 6-8 servings

  • 1 lg. bag frozen shredded hash browns
  • 1 T. parsley flakes
  • 1 t. onion powder
  • 2 c. cubed ham
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 can (10 oz.) cream of celery soup
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 eggs

Layer hash browns, parsley, onion powder, ham, salt and pepper in a 9x13-in. baking dish. Mix celery soup, sour cream, milk and eggs together; pour over potatoes and ham. Cover with shredded cheddar and bake at 350ºF for one hour.
