Strawberry Bread
Submitted by: Ariel FordMakes: 2 large or 3 small loaves
- 3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 t. salt
- 1 t. baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 1/4 cup oil
- 2 (10-oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries (do not drain)
Mix dry ingredients first. Then add remaining ingredients. Pour into loaf pans and bake at 350ºF degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
