Cranberry Bread

- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 t. baking powder
- 1/2 t. baking soda
- 1 egg
- 3/4 c. orange juice
- 2 T. butter or margarine, melted
- 1 c. chopped cranberries
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Mix well, adding cranberries and nuts after the other ingredients are well combined. Bake in greased bread pan at 350ºF for 1 hour.
