Corn Bread Dressing

  • 1 box Jiffy Corn Bread Mix (prepared according to pkg. directions)
  • 1 pkg. hamburger buns, torn into small crumbs
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1/2 c. diced celery
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 t. pepper
  • 1 t. poultry seasoning
  • 1 t. salt
  • 2 c. chicken stock

Saute onions and celery in butter until vegetables are translucent. Crumble Corn bread into small crumbs. Mix onion mixture with corn bread and all other ingredients. Place into baking dish and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes or until browned to your liking.
