Southwestern Cheese Dip

Makes: 3 cups

  • 1 lb. plain or Mexican flavored American cheese, cubed
  • 1 jar (8 oz.) cheese spread
  • 1 lb. sliced bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 bunch green onions with tops, sliced
  • 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies
  • Raw veggies or Tortilla chips

Place cheeses in a 1-1/2 qt. pan. Add bacon, onions, and chilies. Stir constantly over medium heat until melted.
