Sewing Pattern Tip
Submitted by: Martha MatthewsWhen I buy a pattern, I also buy fusible bonding and press the cut out pattern pieces to the bonding, using a warm iron. (Patterns are so expensive and this will make them last for years.) Then, I tape the front and back of the pattern envelope to a large manilla envelope and keep the pattern in that. I place all my patterns into a large detergent box, and they fit just fine.
Here is a pattern company that has excellent patterns for clothes, as well as crafts--Patterncentral.com. I have found their quality to be excellent and their prices fair.
"Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies." Proverbs 31:10
