Week One
"There's a realization of the value of family sweeping over our country. Parents are desperately searching for a way to raise responsible, loving children in a culture that has been overwhelmed with anti-parent, anti-family, youth-bedazzled propaganda Where do we begin?
- No member should feel that the family exists solely to help him or her realize their potential.
- Family togetherness (meals, traditions) should come before anything.
- Every member must have duties and responsibilities within the family.
- A strong moral, religious base must be maintained.
- Develop kinship bonds, especially with elder members.
- Let's stop blaming parents and grandparents and great-grandparents, and begin to appreciate each other."

Week Four
Time to Pray
~ Author UnknownI got up early one morning,
And rushed right in to the day;
I had so much to accomplish
That I didn't take time to pray.
Problems just tumbled about me,
And heavier came each task.
"Why doesn't God help me? I wondered.
He answered, "You didn't ask."
I wanted to see joy and beauty
But the day toiled on, gray and bleak.
I wondered why God didn't show me,
He said, "But you didn't seek."
I tried to come into God's presence;
I used all my keep at the lock.
God gently and lovingly chided,
"My child, you didn't knock."
I woke up early this morning
And paused before entering my day.
I had so much to accomplish
That I had to take time to pray.
